You don't need to be a scholar. You just need to care.
Somewhere along the way, someone probably helped you make sense of your faith — a conversation, a question answered, a person who simply walked with you. You can be that person for someone else who's just starting out.
As a mentor you give a little time and a lot of heart. We take care of the rest — the lessons, the scheduling, the video tools — so you can focus on the person in front of you.

Do I need to be a pastor or have formal training?
No. You need a love for Scripture, a growing faith, and a heart to help. We provide onboarding and resources.
What does mentoring actually involve?
Meeting seekers over video for one-to-one or small-group Bible study, guiding them through Scripture at times that suit you.
Can I mentor a group?
Yes. You can mentor one-to-one, or lead a small group of up to 12 people, whichever you prefer.
How much time does it take?
As much or as little as you can give. You set your own availability and how many people you meet.
Do I have to prepare lessons?
No — we provide a library of lessons and resources you can use and share, so you can focus on the conversation.
